How do I restore Pro on a new phone?

Sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used to buy it, open Settings → Restore purchases.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cinetrio. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Cinetrio. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are handled by Google and Apple, so refunds go through them: Google Play’s refund request page, or Apple’s reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my data?

In the app: Settings → Delete my data. There’s no account to close. Details are in the privacy policy.

Why did a word get rejected?

Words need 2–20 letters, all three must be different, and we keep Cinetrio family-friendly, so some words aren’t accepted.
