Cinetrio

Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the Cinetrio app. The app is provided by URCAN CĂTĂLIN PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ (“Urcan Apps”, “we”), CUI 54624909, Bucharest, Romania, contact@urcanapps.com. By using Cinetrio you agree to them. If you downloaded Cinetrio from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

What Cinetrio does

Cinetrio suggests movies based on three words you type. Suggestions are generated automatically, partly by AI. They are entertainment, not professional advice, and may sometimes be imperfect. Movie details come from public data sources and may contain mistakes. Posters in the app are original artwork, not official movie posters.

Free use and Cinetrio Pro

• Free: 3 new picks per day. Once a day you can choose to watch a short rewarded ad for 3 more.
• Cinetrio Pro gives unlimited picks without ads. It’s sold through Google Play or the App Store as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription (which may include a free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase. The app shows the current price, in your currency, before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. A free trial turns into a paid subscription when it ends, unless you cancel before then. Manage or cancel in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their rules. To ask for a refund, use Google Play’s or Apple’s refund process. Restore earlier purchases with Settings → Restore purchases.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under EU and Romanian law.

Fair use

Please don’t misuse the service: no automated or bulk requests, no attempts to get around limits or the free-pick count, and no reverse-engineering or attacks on our servers. We may limit access when we see abuse.

Content and sharing

You may share Cinetrio cards for personal, non-commercial use. Cinetrio, its design and its artwork belong to Urcan Apps. Movie titles and names belong to their owners. Trailers are played by YouTube under YouTube’s terms.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Cinetrio running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or when it’s offline. We may improve or change features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update this page and tell you in the app.

Liability

Cinetrio is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, or for choosing a movie you didn’t enjoy. We remain liable where the law doesn’t allow liability to be limited, for example for intent or gross negligence.
